1. Visit the Consul Service Website of Korea.

Visit: https://consul.mofa.go.kr/en/main.do and navigate to "Reservation to visit a diplomatic mission" (shown in the red box below).

2. Filling up information.

  1. Click on "Consent" and accept.
  2. Fill up required information, marked with a red asterisk (*).
    2.A - Click "Send Authentication number" and check your email for the confirmation number.
    2.B - Type or Paste the Authentication number sent to your email and click "Verify".
  3. Click on "Non-Membership Log In".

    * Provide the name of the person who will come to the Embassy.

3. Consul and Appointment Date Selection.

  1. Select an Korean Embassy near where you reside.
  2. Select "Visa" or Visa relevant consular service.
  3. Select a preferred date and time of visit.
  4. Enter the captcha and click "Make Reservation".

    * A confirmation will be sent to your email address, you are required to present the confirmation email before entering the Embassy.
    * Note that you need to provide the proper information marked with red askterisk (*).
