• Regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis on KPIs
  • Update competitors’ research and market trend on floorplan, sales and upcoming projects
  • Consolidate boutique duty-roster and boutique operating day to check productivity
  • Monitoring and follow-up of store maintenance issues and closing working with internal and external parties to fix the issues
  • Monthly closing on relevant expenses
  • Support retail team to build any business presentation material
  • Coordinate retail events and workshop
  • Contact with landlords to get necessary information
  • Closely working with boutique managers to solve any problems
  • Support Retail Managers with administrative support and boutique events
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks requested by retail leadership team
  • Other administrative support


  • University graduate or above in management or other related disciplines
  • Over 2 years of experience in retail or luxury market
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills to deal with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office tools especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Agility to deal with dynamic situations
