Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program-specific performance within Honeywell Safety Productivity Solutions. You will partner with world-class engineering and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, monitor, control and finally close the project in schedule and budget
  • Proactively manage project risks and impediments
  • Lead and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and cost
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to senior management
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation / package to monitor and track progress
  • Closely aligned with reporting line and share real time information

YOU MUST HAVE

  • More than 5 years of project management experience. Wall-to-wall project delivery experience is preferred
  • Project Management related certification is preferred e.g. PMP, Prince II, Agile related certifications
  • Fluent in written and verbal English

  • Strong project and program management skills as well as excellent communications skills with good logic
  • Have good understanding and experience in manufacturing or IT industry
  • Engineering background is preferred
