Your purpose is to service customers and seek new business opportunities for products or services requiring limited technical knowledge to achieve budgeted sales level.

Sales - Local Whisky
About The Role
- Responsible for a small-mid size territory with well-defined role under readily available supervision from senior sales rep or sales manager
- Deliver personal goal (Volume, MS, etc.) by representing the company and selling its products and services in an assigned territory with general supervision day-to-day
- Ensures customer satisfaction including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns
- Take planned action to achieve sales objectives in the middle of sales activity based on monthly drive cycle
- Collect market information such as consumer/outlet trends upon request
- Implement sales driver opportunities where necessary for customers
- Build & maintain effective business relationship with key customers based on mutual business objective
- Provide brand building information on Diageo’s brands to customers
Experience Required/Skills/Capabilities
- University degree
- MS Office skills
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Knowledge in using various tools for sales
- Experience in consumer goods sales is a plus
