- Facility Quarantine Agreement, Consent to Quarantine Form, and/or Health Condition Report Form.

If your nationality is included in visa waiver countries, you can enter Korea without a visa as long as the purpose of your visit is tourism or a temporary visit. If you want to engage in profitable activities such as employment, you must apply for a Korean visa suitable for your travel purpose.
Note that due to the current pandemic, you are required to apply for a Korean Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA). If your reason to travel is not covered by the scope of K-ETA or your application for K-ETA is denied, you will have to apply for a Visa.
You can search the internet if your nationality is included in Korea's visa waiver program.
