Facebook is seeking a strong, experienced consultative sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Facebook’s advertising solutions to the fast-growing DTC(direct to consumers) advertisers in KR, establishing Facebook as a critical marketing lever that drives our client’s business. The role requires a self-starter who can not only build strong relationships with C-level and Senior Management, but also creates and executes a strategic business plan and operates confidently within Facebook's rapidly evolving commercial landscape. The ideal candidate will have extensive media and marketing knowledge, commercial acumen, great communication skills, and a proven track record of building career related to eCommerce vertical. This position is located in our Seoul office.

  • Develop, lead, and execute strategies & initiatives that drive short and long-term sales revenue for focused verticals with clients
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
  • Identify and pitch incremental revenue opportunities that are aligned to client’s growth objectives and scale the partnership accordingly
  • Earn a place as a trusted advisor to your clients by partnering with them to understand their business objectives and help define where and how Facebook can play a role in achieving them
  • Partner with Facebook cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with client’s media and creative agencies to ensure synergies, collaboration and trusting relationships are established, towards a common goal of achieving clients’ business objectives
  • Maintain deep and up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing, technology, and accompanying Facebook solutions
  • Drive education on Facebook product, company updates and share Facebook best practices as relevant to client's business
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Facebook user, and passionate about social media
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or sales with a proven track record of success driving revenue
  • Ability to manage strategic client relationships & influence decision makers
  • Storytelling ability with strong communication and presentation skills, and an ability to translate insights, product offerings and data into business benefits for the client
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Time management & prioritisation skills
  • Great team player with collaborative spirit
  • Fluent Korean and business fluency in English
  • Working experience in digital advertising experience or B2C product marketing will be preferred
